Images with strong contrast and clear subjects are generally easier to complete than photos with large areas of similar color.

Because our puzzles use varied cut patterns, individual pieces may differ slightly in shape and size.

A random puzzle cut uses varied piece shapes instead of a perfectly uniform grid pattern.

Many puzzle enthusiasts prefer random-cut puzzles because they feel more natural, visually interesting, and less repetitive during assembly.

Our puzzles are produced using premium ESKA puzzle board with a sturdy feel and precision-cut interlocking pieces.

We also use eco-friendly, non-toxic inks and recyclable packaging materials wherever possible.

Our puzzles are produced using premium 70pt blue puzzle board for durability, clean piece separation, and a substantial feel during assembly.

All puzzle sizes currently ship in a premium rigid two-piece box measuring:

10" × 8" × 1.75"

The box is designed for both protection and gift presentation.

Recommended minimum image sizes:

• 48 / 100 / 252 piece puzzles: at least 1600 pixels on the longest side
• 500 / 1000 piece puzzles: at least 2500 pixels on the longest side

Well-lit, sharp photos typically create the best results.

A 300 DPI image is ideal when available, but modern phone and camera photos usually work well as long as the original image has not been heavily compressed or cropped.

Yes. Most modern smartphone photos work very well for puzzle printing.

For best results:

• avoid screenshots
• avoid heavily compressed social media downloads

The maximum upload size is currently 50 MB per image.

Yes. During the design process, you can crop and position your image within the puzzle layout preview.

We recommend keeping important faces, text, and details away from the outer edges.

Slight color differences between screens and printed products are normal.

Phone, tablet, and computer displays often use different brightness and color settings than professional printing equipment.

No. Your puzzle is printed using the image and layout submitted during checkout.

Please carefully review cropping, brightness, spelling, positioning, and image quality before placing your order.

Bleed lines help ensure your printed image extends fully to the edge after production trimming.

Cut lines show where the puzzle will be trimmed and cut into pieces.

For best results, keep important details safely inside the visible design area.

Most orders are produced within 1–3 business days before shipping.

Production times may increase during peak holiday periods.

Yes. You can create and add multiple puzzle designs to your cart before checkout.

Yes. You can enter a separate shipping address during checkout, which is helpful for gifts and direct deliveries.

Because every puzzle is produced to order, changes or cancellations must be requested quickly after purchase.

Free standard shipping to the 48 contiguous states and U.S. military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories is $7.99 per order, excluding qualifying military addresses.

Shipping to Canada and Mexico is currently $19.99 per order. Free international shipping may apply on qualifying orders above specific thresholds.

International duties and taxes are not prepaid.

Orders are typically shipped using trusted carriers such as UPS and USPS depending on destination and package size.

If we confirm a manufacturing defect, we will provide a replacement solution at no additional cost.

Because every puzzle is individually produced, refunds are generally not available for issues related to photo quality, image selection, cropping, or submitted design choices.

However, we will always review confirmed production issues or shipping damage.

Yes. Many customers preserve their completed puzzles using puzzle glue or framing systems designed for jigsaw puzzles.

Always follow the adhesive manufacturer’s instructions for best results.

To help preserve print quality and puzzle board condition:

• store puzzles in a dry environment
• avoid direct sunlight
• keep away from excessive humidity

Using the original puzzle box is recommended for long-term storage.
