How Long Does It Take to Produce and Ship My Custom Puzzles?
Your order will be produced in 3 business days from the day we receive it, regardless of whether you ordered one custom puzzle or multiple. So, we ship on the third business day with either UPS or USPS.
What Are the Shipping Costs?
We offer Free Shipping on all orders in the U.S. Transit times vary depending on your ship-to location, but they usually take 1-5 days. We offer expedited service (2-3 days) for only $5.99 per order, or if you need your puzzle immediately, we provide next-day air service for $29.99.
